Where are the classes held?

Classes are taught at our Dubai atelier — a working florist space rather than a classroom, so you learn the way our florists actually work. The full address and directions are sent with your booking confirmation, and classes run in small groups so everyone gets hands-on time.

Question 2

Do I need to bring anything?

Accepted Answer

Just yourself and your enthusiasm — we provide everything else, including all the flowers, foliage, tools, aprons and refreshments. You’ll take home whatever you make on the day, along with a flower-care card to keep your arrangement looking its best.

Question 3

When should I get there?

Accepted Answer

Please arrive about ten minutes before the start time so we can settle everyone in with a drink before we begin. Classes start promptly and finish on time, so you can plan the rest of your day around the session.

Question 4

Is it right for someone who has never arranged flowers?

Accepted Answer

Yes — most of our workshops are designed for complete beginners, and our tutors are used to teaching from the very first stem. We start with flower choice, conditioning and the basics of arranging, then build to a finished piece you’ll be proud to take home. If you’re after real technical depth, our five-day Essential Floristry course is the place to start.

Question 5

Can I book a whole class privately for a group or team?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we host private classes for hen parties, birthdays, baby showers, team away-days and corporate events, tailored to your group: pick the design, the date, the length and whether you’d like food or drinks served. Get in touch through the contact form or call the atelier and we’ll build a proposal around your idea.

What happens if I can’t make my class?

Accepted Answer

Bookings are non-refundable but transferable to another date with at least seven days’ notice. If you can’t make your class, let us know and we’ll move you to the next date that suits. Private bookings follow the cancellation terms set out in your booking agreement.

Question 7

Can I gift a class to someone?

Accepted Answer

Yes — classes make lovely gifts. The easiest way is a gift card to the value of the class, which we can email straight to the recipient on a date you choose; they then pick the class and date that suit them, with no rush to use it. For something more bespoke, let us know and we’ll arrange a personalised note.
