We hand-tie that design and send it on your rhythm, and you stay in full control from your account, where you can skip, pause, adjust or stop it whenever you wish.

What subscription styles can I choose from?

Pick from five hand-tied looks made to suit any interior: English Garden, Modern Home, Scandinavian, English Foliage and Seasonal. Between them they span classic English romance, clean modern lines and green, foliage-forward designs. You lock in your style as you set the subscription up.

Will my flowers be different each delivery?

They will. Within the style you’ve chosen, our florists vary the blooms and greenery from one delivery to the next, so what arrives always feels seasonal and never repetitive — however often it comes.

How much does a flower subscription cost?

Accepted Answer

There’s a fixed price per delivery (delivery charge aside), and it comes down purely to the size you go for. As a subscriber you also pay a lower delivery fee for as long as the subscription runs.

Where do you deliver?

Subscriptions go anywhere in the UAE — same-day in Dubai and next-day nationwide. We line each delivery up with the frequency you set and send a heads-up before every one, so a delivery never catches you by surprise.

Question 6

Can I send a flower subscription as a gift?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. During setup, flag it as a gift and add the recipient’s address and a card message — they receive the flowers while you keep control of the plan from your own account.

Can I skip or reschedule a delivery?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Any upcoming delivery can be skipped or shifted to another date in a couple of taps from your account — no phone call or email needed.

Can I pause and resume my subscription?

Accepted Answer

You can. Pause with no end date, or set a date for it to wake back up on its own, and restart a paused plan whenever suits — all from your account.

Question 9

Can I change how often I receive my flowers?

Accepted Answer

Of course. Move between weekly, fortnightly, three-weekly and monthly at any point from your account, and the new schedule takes over from your next delivery.

Can I change the size or quantity?

Accepted Answer

Yes — resize your arrangement from your account whenever you like, and the change takes hold from the following delivery.

Can I change my delivery address?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Edit the address on your subscription at any time and, from then on, every delivery heads to the new one.

How are payments taken, and what happens if one fails?

We charge automatically ahead of each delivery via any major card, Apple Pay or Google Pay — cash isn’t something we can take. If a payment doesn’t go through, the subscription simply pauses until it’s sorted: add a new card from your account, or our Customer Care team will reach out to help. You won’t lose a thing.
