Question 1

Do you offer flower delivery near me?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we hand-deliver fresh flowers across the UAE every day. Our own florists deliver throughout Dubai, and we ship nationwide by cooled courier to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. Enter the recipient’s area at checkout to see the options for your address.

Question 2

Can I order flower school for same-day delivery?

Accepted Answer

Yes — same-day delivery is available across the UAE on orders placed before our daily cut-off, so ordering in the morning is the safest way to secure a same-day slot. Orders placed later are delivered on the next available day. The exact cut-off for the recipient’s area is shown at checkout.

Question 3

What are your delivery options?

Accepted Answer

We deliver seven days a week across every emirate, including most public holidays. Choose the delivery city and date when you add to basket; available dates and any delivery charge are confirmed at checkout.

Question 4

How do the flower school arrive?

Accepted Answer

Each order is hand-tied and conditioned by our florists, then delivered in our signature Moyses Stevens gift packaging with a sachet of flower food and full care instructions, ready to display straight away.

Question 5

How long do fresh flowers last?

Accepted Answer

With the right care, our bouquets typically last five to seven days indoors, even through the UAE summer. Keep them out of direct sun and away from air-conditioning vents, refresh the water daily and trim the stems every couple of days.

Question 6

Can I order flower school for a future date?

Accepted Answer

Yes — you can schedule delivery for a future date at checkout, which is ideal for birthdays, anniversaries and other occasions. Simply pick your preferred delivery date when you add to basket.

Question 7

Will I know when my order has been delivered?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we confirm your order by email and let you know once it has been delivered. If the recipient isn’t available, our team coordinates a safe hand-over or a suitable re-attempt.

Question 8

Is a card message included?

Accepted Answer

Yes — you can add a personal gift message free of charge when you add to basket. Your name only appears if you choose to include it, so flowers can be sent as a surprise or anonymously.
